Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

This policy explains what information Kapte Games collects when you play our mobile games, including Wordie Rush, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email support@kaptegames.com.

1. Who we are

Kapte Games ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile game developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller for the information described in this policy. This policy applies to our games (the "Games"), this website and our support channels.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a confirmation of the transaction, including the item purchased, price, currency and a transaction ID. We never receive or store your payment card or bank details.

3. How we use information

4. Advertising and your choices

Our Games are free to play and supported by ads. Ads are delivered through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform, which may request ads from several ad networks on our behalf. These networks may use device identifiers and similar data to show ads, measure performance and, where permitted, personalize ads based on your activity across apps.

If you opt out of personalized ads, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you. Purchasing the ad-removal option removes forced ads but keeps optional rewarded ads available.

5. Service providers and partners

We share information with the following companies, which help us run, measure and monetize the Games. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, allowing ad networks to use device identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under some US state laws. See section 9 for how to opt out.

8. How long we keep information

We keep gameplay and analytics data for as long as needed for the purposes above, generally no longer than 26 months after your last activity, unless a longer period is required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).

If you are a California resident or live in another US state with a privacy law, you may request access to or deletion of your information and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising. You can opt out by disabling ad tracking on your device (see section 4) or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email support@kaptegames.com with the name of the Game and, if available, the player ID shown in the Game's settings. We may need to verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time required by law. Deleting your data will reset your game progress.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Game or on this website.
